Discovery Parties include 1 hour of the Little Room access plus museum admission for a total of 16 children during open hours. All adult party-goers must assist in the supervision and safety of their children while in the museum or outdoors.
Party Policies: Discovery Center reserves the right to close any activity or exhibit for the health and safety of guests. Discovery Center rentals require a “Leave No Trace” policy. Glitter, confetti, and pinatas are NOT allowed. Free-standing or tabletop decorations are permitted. No tape, tacks, nails, staples, or other adhesives can be used to attach decorations to walls, ceilings, and doors.

Have you ever wanted an entire museum to yourself? Celebrate your birthday with an evening of play and exploration at the Discovery Center! Private After-Hours Parties include 2 hours of private access to both floors of the museum and all currently open exhibits for 40 guests. Bring your own food and presents to enjoy at outdoor tables on the patio or in an indoor classroom – you choose!

A full facility rental includes two staff, access to all exhibit areas plus our Adventure Room. Specialized rentals for rooms or patio use are also available. Room and patio rental times and availability are dependent on museum programming.
