Join us as we celebrate Arts in April! Through music, dance, and art, children and their families will experience different cultures presented by local and regional talent. Arts in April will also be a celebration of our Spring Artist in Residence Program. Come meet our current artist, Abby Reish, and see her finished work from her time here at the Discovery Center. Don’t miss this night of fun and revelry dedicated to highlighting local craft brewers, Discovery Center, Murfreesboro Little Theater, M-Prov, and Inebriated Shakespeare. Sample some of the best craft brews Murfreesboro has to offer while enjoying Shakespearean performances and plays. Attendees must be 21 or older. Proceeds benefit the Discovery Center. When school is out, camp is in! CAMPOLOGY at the Discovery Center incorporates fun, hands-on, inquiry-based learning into all of our camps. Campers are divided into different age groups – each with their own Camp Counselor and age-appropriate lessons packed with hands-on games and activities designed to help campers learn, socialize, and have fun! Secret Garden Party & Tours
Secret Garden Weekend is one of the highlights of the summer social season in Middle Tennessee. The series of events—which allows participants to get sneak peeks at beautiful gardens hidden in backyards or behind walls or fences in and around Murfreesboro—also serves as a major fundraiser for the Discovery Center.
